Paper Submission Guidelines
High-quality original papers are solicited. Papers must be unpublished and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere. All papers will be reviewed by Technical Program Committee members and other experts active in the field to ensure high quality and relevance to the Symposium. The Symposium will have a single track for regular papers and in addition, a separate interwoven track with short papers / posters, as well as a demo session. Paper length must be no more than 10 pages, double column, ACM style including tables and figures. Note that the regular paper size will be 8 pages, with the possibility to obtain up to 2 additional pages (total 10 pages) by paying a publication fee. Only PDF format is accepted. All accepted papers will appear in the Symposium proceedings published by ACM press. A template for ACM SIG Proceedings style (LaTeX2e and MS Word) can be found here. Only Postscript and PDF formats are accepted. Short papers might be included in the technical program to complement publication of mature results and to foster early discussion and exchange of novel ideas.
At least one of the authors of accepted papers must attend the conference to present each paper.
Each submission must be accompanied by the following information:
- paper title
- short abstract
- complete list of authors and their affiliations
- contact person for correspondence (please check that the correct e-mail is configured on the EDAS system)
Papers are submitted via the EDAS system (submission link). For any question or problem related to MobiWac 2023 submissions, please contact the PC Chair.
